Mobile - How to report task verifications?

To access the tasks that require verification in a work order, you must perform the following steps:
  1. Access the Menu | Report Work
  2. On the work order list, select the work order task you wish to see;
  3. Access the Tasks tab;
  4. If the work order is for an asset (location, equipment or tool):
    1. A list of all the other work order  tasks is presented
  5. If the work order is for a route:
    1. A list of all the other work order tasks for one of the route's asset/location;
    2. It is possible to select other assets/locations by selecting first the asset type and then the asset.
  6. The lists contain:
    1. Synchronized verifications;
    2. Verifications pending synchronization;
    3. Verifications with a synchronization error.

Check a task

To check a task, access the work order task list:
  1. Click on the 3 dot icon;
  2. On the verification form, fill in the fields
  3. click Save;
It is possible to apply a task verification to all work order tasks that require the same verification type. For that, on the verification form, activate the field Apply to all;
It is only possible to verfiry tasks if the work order state allows he task verification.

Delete a task verification

To delete a non-synchronized task verification, access the work order task list.
  1. Click on the 3 dots icon;
  2. On the verification form, remove the verification and save.
