Mobile - How to report/change or delete consumptions?

To report consumption, you must perform these steps:
  1. Access Menu | Report Work;
  2. On the work order select the work order you wish to view/record the consumption;
  3. On the WO options (3 dot icon) click on Consumption;
  4. A consumption report list is presented for the work order:
    1. Synchronized reports - these only allow to view, you cannot change
    2. New reports pending synchronization;
    3. Reports with a synchronization error.

Create Work Order report

To create a Consumption report, access the consumption reports list:
  1. Click on the (+) icon
  2. On the consumption report form, fill in the mandatory fields, identified with a (*) and add the part consumption, by clicking on the (+) icon;
    1. You can chose to report consumption using a barcode or a manual report.
    2. On the part consumption report form, fill in the mandatory fields, identified with a (*);
    3. Click on the checkmark to save the part consumption report;
  3. Click on the checkmark to save the consumption report;
It is only possible to create reports if the WO state allows to record work.

Edit Consumption reports

To edit a Consumption report, access the labor reports list:
  1. Click on the (+) icon
  2. On the consumption report form, edit the desired fields;
  3. To edit a part consumption report, click on the part consumption options (3 dot icon) and click Edit;
    1. On the part consumption report form edit the fields you wish to edit;
    2. Click on the checkmark to save the part consumption report.
    3. Click the checkmark to save the consumption report.
It is not possible to edit synchronized reports.

Delete Consumption reports

To delete a Consumption report, access the consumption report list:
  1. Click on the report options you wish to delete (3 dot icon)
  2. click Delete.
  3. To delete a part Consumption report, access the consumption report list
  4. Access the consumption report editing dialog;
  5. Click on the part consumption report options (3 dots icon) and click on Delete.
It is not possible to delete synchronized reports.

Synchronize Consumption reports

To synchronize a Consumption report, access the labor reports list:
  1. Click on the consumption options you wish to synchronize (3 dot icon)
  2. click Synchronize.
To synchronize one or more Consumption reports simultaneously, click on the synchronization icon on the dashboard or on the work order list.
