How to add more companies to a subscription?
On
the Universe line, you can have a subscription with several companies.
How to add more companies to a subscription?
After
entering the solution, access: Settings | General | Companies
Press
the Create button;
The new
company creation screen is presented
Fill in
the mandatory data and save
How to restrict user access by company?
When
more than one company is added to a subscription, you can specify the user that
can access each company. The access restriction process is divided in two
phases:
Creating
restriction groups
Access
the menu Settings | System | Groups
Create
the group that with access to the company
Save
Adding
the restriction groups to the company
Access
the menu Settings | General | Companies
Creating
or editing the company
Add the Access Restrictions tab
How is the data presented on lists when there
is more than one company?
The
list data is always filtered by the company selected on the company selector.
You cannot view the data for all companies simultaneously on the same list.
How to select the company we wish to create
the logs to?
After
selecting the company on the company selector, the Valuekeep CMMS solution is
filtered for the selected company. The new logs created are associated to the
company selected on the company selector.
Which data depend on the company?
When
there is more than one company, there are data common to all companies and data
specific for each company.
