What are access levels and how can I create them?
The access levels are a way of restricting the access of certain workgroups by area. To create a new access level follow these steps Definitions | Assets | Access Levels;
- The access levels list is presented;
- Press the button "create"
When creating or editing the access levels, you must consider the following points:
- The first Access Level to be recorded will be defined as "Default".
- Only one Access Level can be considered as "Default".
- In the tab Employees, you can associate employees to the access level
- In the tab Equipments, you can associate equipments to the access level
- In the tab Locations, you can associate locations to the access level
Fill in the data. The information to be filled in is organized in tabs. You can see the required fields using the orange margin or from the list on the right lower corner, next to the Reset button;
